Chanel Renfro graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Disability Studies.  In 2015, she received her Master of Arts degree in Forensic Psychology from Cal Baptist and later obtained her Board Certified Behavior Analyst license through Florida Tech in 2021.  Chanel is currently at National University and is well on her way to receiving a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology with a specialization in trauma and disaster relief.

One of Chanel's' siblings has a disability, she realized from an early age  the difficulties and lack of resources available to individuals with mental health and developmental needs.  She developed a passion for working with this population, guiding her educational, personal, and professional endeavors thus far.  Her motivation and desire for excellence shows in all aspects of her work especially involving support for at risk  teenagers and young adults

In 2016, Chanel relocated to Colorado and began working at Firefly Autism, a non-profit Applied Behavior Analysis company in the Denver metro area.  Lydia has provided behavior analytic services to clients in the center and home-based settings with severe behavioral needs, histories of trauma, and comorbid diagnoses.  She worked in numerous positions, including senior behavior therapist, social skills group lead, and program coordinator.  In 2022, she joined ASAP as the organizations clinical director.   We are extremely fortunate to have Chanel lead our staff, execute our ABA programming/analytics  and make such a difference supporting to our clients and their families.
