Supported Community Connections (SSC)
Launching in 2026, ASAP’s Supported Community Connections (SSC) program offers adults with developmental differences a pathway to greater connection, growth, and engagement in their community. Through individualized supports, SSC helps participants build daily living skills, foster meaningful relationships, and explore vocational or volunteer opportunities — all grounded in ASAP’s values of dignity, safety, and inclusion.
