Her motivation and desire for excellence shows in all aspects of her work especially involving support for at risk teenagers and young adults
In 2016, Lydia relocated to Colorado and began working at Firefly Autism, a non-profit Applied Behavior Analysis company in the Denver metro area. Lydia has provided behavior analytic services to clients in the center and home-based settings with severe behavioral needs, histories of trauma, and co-morbid diagnoses. She worked in numerous positions, including senior behavior therapist, social skills group lead, and program coordinator. In 2022, she joined ASAP as the organizations clinical director. Lydia is the current CEO and acting Clinical Director tasked with lead our staff, executing our ABA programming/analytics, and supporting our clients, their families, and the community.
