Adult Services at ASAP
At Autism Services and Programs (ASAP), we believe every adult deserves the opportunity to live, learn, work, and thrive in their community with dignity and support. Our Adult Services are designed to meet individuals where they are — fostering independence, purpose, and meaningful connection through person-centered care.
Our Programs Supported Community Connections (SCC)
Launching in 2026, our SCC program helps adults with developmental disabilities build social, daily living, and community skills through hands-on, community-based experiences. Participants engage in volunteer projects, recreation, and skill-building activities that promote inclusion, confidence, and independence.
Supported Employment (Waiver & DVR)
ASAP’s employment team partners with Colorado’s Home & Community-Based Services (HCBS) waivers and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) to help individuals prepare for, find, and keep meaningful jobs. We offer individualized job coaching, workplace training, and long-term supports that focus on competitive, integrated employment.
Behavioral Services
Our behavioral team provides evidence-based support to address behavioral challenges, teach adaptive skills, and promote emotional and social well-being. Through consultation, training, and individualized plans, we help participants and caregivers create environments that support growth, safety, and positive change.
Prevocational Services
Prevocational Services give participants a bridge between education and employment. We focus on developing core work habits — attendance, teamwork, time management, and communication — in a structured, supportive setting. Each person progresses at their own pace toward job readiness and community participation.
