Driven by a passion for excellence and a commitment to continuous growth, Jaymie Voskamp joined ASAP over a year ago. She started working as a Registered Behavioral Technician in 2021, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology through the University of Phoenix. She now has five years of experience under her belt, working with children as young as eighteen months through adulthood. Her passion is to help young adults hone in on their skills to function independently in the real world, however her multifaceted skills allow her to implement goals naturalistically for all ages. Jaymie plans to become a BCBA, in the near future thanks to the strong leaders and advisors that she has. Outside of work, Jaymie is the oldest of eighteen children, with a brother with special needs, which inspired her passion in assisting people of all ages and severity with ASD.
